Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

Article V of our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions outlines the role and responsibilities of our Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

ACC Form
Before a homeowner can make any changes or additions to a property, please submit an ACC form. The Committee is responsible for overseeing any architectural, structural and design changes to homes at Lexington Square and will review your request.

Submission Timelines
Plans and specification shall be submitted to the Committee at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of any construction or modification. If the Committee fails to approve or disapprove said plans and specifications within thirty (30) days after the same has been submitted to it, they will be deemed to have been denied by the Committee.

City of Missouri City Permits
In addition to submitting an ACC form, you should also review and submit any necessary permits with the City of Missouri City for your projects.
