A homeowner association (HOA) is an organization in a subdivision that makes and enforces rules for the properties and residents. Lexington Square Association, Inc., our HOA, is a non-profit corporation established to govern the community and enforce property and residential regulations. The Association is registered with the State of Texas and is managed by an elected, all-volunteer Board of Directors.
A Board of Directors is a governing body responsible for overseeing a business, in this case, the Association. Lexington Square Association, Inc.’s all-volunteer Board of Directors is elected by the legal homeowners. Our Board of Directors is defined by Bylaws and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions which are the guidelines for running the HOA operations. These guidelines are located under the Resource Center section.
Our Association’s Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CT. Please allow up to three business days for responses to all incoming voicemail and emails during our hours of operation.
Every legal homeowner is responsible for paying an annual assessment. The expense for this website is being funded from yearly assessment payments.
Meetings are primarily for legal homeowners. Residents who are leasing a home in the community may attend but will not have the ability to vote in meetings. Meeting date/time/place details are located under the Calendar section. If you would like to receive email notifications, fill out the Contact Us form.
Lexington Square Association, Inc. has an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) who manages requests related to construction or design changes to houses in our community. Please fill out an ACC form for projects and be sure to submit residential permit forms with the City of Missouri City.
Clubhouse rentals are available to homeowners whose assessment accounts are not delinquent. For more information, visit the Clubhouse Rentals page. To get started on booking the clubhouse for event, fill out the Clubhouse Rentals Form.
Automated trash collection is every Tuesday and Friday. Recycling is every other Tuesday. Yard waste is every Tuesday.

If you are unable to resolve a dispute with a neighbor or neighbors depending on the situation, please contact a Board member to report the issue at hand. A Board member will contact the homeowner to resolve the issue or direct you on de-escalating the situation.
