Hurricane Beryl Repair Updates
August 31, 2024 Update:
The Board was notified on August 27, 2024 that the insurance company has not completed its investigation for the claim submitted. Until this investigation is complete, we cannot proceed to work on needed repairs.
The Board continues to work with the HOA’s insurance company and is still identifying bids/quotes for repairs needed to the clubhouse, its surrounding grounds and the perimeter fence. This work is an ongoing process, and we will provide homeowners with updates as they become available.
Debris Removal
A contractor was hired to complete the debris removal needed at the clubhouse and surrounding grounds the first weekend of August.
Volunteers
In the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, four neighbors cleared out some of the debris at the clubhouse and surrounding grounds. They set up caution tape and temporary fencing at multiple sections of the perimeter fence that fell along Independence Blvd.

Damages and repairs to your property
We understand that homeowners are interested in repairing their homes and property as soon as possible. We do ask that you submit an ACC form for our records, and remember to submit for permits through City of Missouri City. For fence repairs, fences must be 6 feet in height and use fencing material similar to the image below:
Perimeter Fence Repairs
The fences along Independence Blvd. and FM 1092 and by the clubhouse on 3601 John Hancock Ln are owned by the HOA. Homeowners will not need to submit an ACC form or do repairs to fences that fell along these areas.
Clubhouse and Park Grounds are closed until further notice
We are requesting that our residents do not enter this area as it is not currently safe to do so.
